ITSO Network Account
ITSO provides a wide range of central computing services, including access to the campus network, email, teaching tools, and many others. To use these computing services, a valid ITSO Network Account is required.

(For New Staff): Staff account should be applied via existing staff of your department / office. Account activation link will be sent to your external email contact in the account application.

(For New Staff): After obtaining your HKUST Staff Card from HRO, please perform Staff ID and ITSO Account Association in order to access Administrative Systems.

Intranet
The Staff Intranet provides you a one-stop shop website to frequently accessed websites and applications offered from various departments and offices on campus.

W-Fi services are provided on campus, for our users to provide Internet access for their mobile devices through our eduroam service:

Work From Anywhere
